Continue to use 217 Blending Brush with Dazzlelight Eye Shadow to highlight the eyelid. Create a contour by using 252 Large Shader Brush to apply the teal shade from the same Trio, giving emphasis and strength to the inner crease. Blend Stubborn Brown Powerpoint Eye Pencil through the upper lashes for softly defined eyes. Elongate and define lashes with a light coat of Star Brunette Dazzle Lash Mascara.
