Urban Decay Primer potion Review

Urban Decay Primer Potion
Do I need to say anything about this? Commonly known as UDPP, this is a Holy Grail, Staple, Must-have products for many people.

What it is:
The industry standard for eyeshadow primer!
Packaged in a precious, genie-like bottle, Eyeshadow Primer Potion is an
ultra-sheer, totally nude eye base that glides on with the wave of a wand and
then disappears instantly. It's the ultimate eye prep for smoother, more vibrant
shadow and all-day wear, with absolutely no creasing. Now with a new and
improved bent wand!

What is a an eyeshadow Primer?
A primer is a base, that is applied on eyelids before any eyeshadow. This helps to prevent the color form creasing, fading, and flaking. It makes the shadow last longer.

UDPP is a creamy, nude base. Its not transparent, but does not imparts any color either. It does helps to even out the color of my lids and makes them smooth and prepared for eyeshadow application.
This glides on easily and does not makes my lids oily at all. Comes in a genie like bottle which is one draw back because a lot of product is stuck inside and ends up being wasted. There are many You-tube tutorials on de-potting these, but that doesn’t helps, because once out of the bottle, the product ends up drying anyways.

The wand is a doe-foot applicator, which is good. I dab a few dots on my lids and then blend it with my fingers. Its not super drying, so it does gives time to blend. Later it disappears, miraculously leaving a smooth lid. The newer bottles do have new ‘bent’ wand, which helps in scrapping out the product from the sides. I don’t know how helpful that will be, but it sure will minimize the wastage.

What else? Oh, Urban Decay has one Primer Potion in Sin, which is a Champagne colored one and I got a small sample of it. Its lovely…I am planing to buy a full size…
