Urban Decay has some really amazing eye pencils and they come in huge range of vibrant colours.
These don't smudge and stay put on waterline just as the name...24/7.

My personal favs are Stash, Bourbon, Covet and Honey.
These colours are very very similar to their eyeshadows. So if you have Urban Decay deluxe eyeshadows and others aswell, you can use them to line the lids, but not the water-line.
These need to be sharpened.
