TOO DOLLY
EYES:
Use 266 Angle Brush to define brows with Carbon Eye Shadow. Softly highlight over the browbone with Milk Pigment using 275 Angled Shading Brush. Apply Paint Pot in Delft to the eyelid and set with Eye Shadow in Too Dolly with 242 Shader Brush for an intense colour application. Blend Stately Black Eye Shadow through the centre and outer crease. Use 210 Liner Brush to line the upper lashline with Blacktrack Fluidline, giving a pronounced lift while creating a cat shape. Draw a thin line through the lower lashline with Blacktrack Fluidline, using a touch of Stately Black Eye Shadow to soften the edge. Use 210 Liner Brush to line Blacktrack Fluidline connecting the crease and outer corners with a delicate line. Apply a generous coat of Plushblack Mascara on upper and lower lashes.
CHEEKS:
Emphasize the cheek contour with a dusting of Tippy Beauty Powder Blush with 116 Blush Brush.
LIPS:
Softly balance the mouth with Dervish Lip Pencil, and shade lips with Strayin' Lipstick. Finish off the look with a coating of Nice Kitty Lipglass.
STATELY BLACK
EYES:
Define brows with Spiked Eye Brows. Use 242 Shader Brush to blend Phone Number Eye Kohl over the eyelid, before setting with Stately Black Eye Shadow with 239 Shader Brush. Use 224 Blending Brush to blend Stately Black Eye Shadow up through the crease, creating smoky effect. Use 212 Flat Brush to create a soft highlight under the brow with Yogurt Eye Shadow. Intensify the upper lashline by using 212 Flat Brush with Carbon Eye Shadow to create a delicate line of matte black through the lashes. Use 228 Shader Brush to smudge a smoky eye lining effect with Stately Black Eye Shadow through the lower lashes. Apply Technakohl in Smoothblue to line the inside rim of the lower lashes, adding an unexpected flash of turquoise. Finish with a dose of Plush Lash Mascara in Plushblack on upper and lower lashes.
CHEEKS:
Give a slight contour to cheeks by using sweeping Tippy Beauty Powder Blush under cheekbones with 129 Powder Blush Brush.
LIPS:
Softly define lips with Subculture Lip Pencil. Create a soft mouth with Lipstick in Fashion Mews and a dazzling coat of Luminary Lustreglass
STYLIN
EYES:
For natural brows apply Lingering Eye Brows. Use 242 Shader Brush with Milk Pigment as a highlight under brows. Use 249 Shader Brush to apply Paint Pot in Bare Study and follow with 252 Shader Brush to set the base with Milk Pigment. Blend Eye Shadows in Lucky Tom and Stylin' with 224 Blending Brush through the inner and outer crease only to elongate eyes. Apply Point Black Liquidlast Liner with 209 Liner Brush for a dramatic line along the upper lashline, extending a bit to lengthen eyes. Use 228 Shader Brush to blend Smolder Eye Kohl and Stylin' Eye Shadow through the lower lashes. Also use Smolder to line the inner rim of the lower lashes. Use Glitter Eye Liner in Girl Groove with 219 Pencil Brush through the centre of lower lashes. Apply plenty of Black X Mascara on upper and lower lashes.
CHEEKS:
Keep blush simple and sophisticated with a light dusting of Tahitian Sand Beauty Powder under cheekbones with 168 Angled Contour Brush.
LIPS:
Finish the look with keeping lips nude by applying Oak Lip Pencil for a bit of contour around the mouth, then use 316 Lip Brush to apply Fresh Brew Lipstick with a glossy duo blend of Lipglass in Mimmy and Nice To Be Nice
GLITTER PUSS
EYES:
Groom brows with Beguile Brow Set. Use 242 Shader Brush under brows with Crème Royal Eye Shadow. Use 249 Shader Brush to apply Paint Pot in Rubenesque on the eyelid, and set with Paradisco Eye Shadow on the inner and outer lid only. Highlight the centre of the lid with Crème Royale Eye Shadow. Softly blend Rule Eye Shadow with 217 Blending Brush through the crease. Use 219 Pencil Brush to shade Lucky Tom Eye Shadow through the inner and outer contour. Apply Glitterpuss Glitter Eye Liner with 209 Liner Brush above the upper lashline. Use 209 Liner Brush to blend Dipdown Fluidline with Crème Royale Eye Shadow through the inner lashes. Finish lining with 228 Shader Brush to shade Paradisco Eye Shadow under the outer lashes. Apply Plush Lash Mascara in Plushblack on upper and lower lashes.
CHEEKS:
Balance the eye by keeping cheeks natural by using 116 Blush Brush to blend Tahitian Sand Beauty Powder under cheekbones.
LIPS:
